PLEATED RIBBON FLOWERS
Things you will need:
Ribbon
Button
Needle
Thread

First Wide ribbon will make large flowers and small ribbon will make small flowers.
Cut ribbon to the desired length. Recommended is 24 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. I used 11 inches and 1 1/2 inches wide.
Thread needle and tie in a knot a few inches from the end. Weave the needle in and out along the edge of the ribbon.
When you reach the end of the ribbon, pull both ends of the thread until one end of the ribbon pleats up into a circle. ( I just use the end of the thread that close to the needle) Tie both ends of thread together and trim.
To complete your flower add a button!

Tip #1 When making flowers such as these:Photobucket
If your using wired ribbon (do not pull the wire to make it tighter) Sew it like the Pleated Ribbon Flowers above until you have at least 1-2 yards then fold it together.

Tip #2 Decoupage
When Decoupaging an Item, make sure you have smooth white towel with you. Cloth diapers work great. Instead of smoothing the paper with your fingers to get the bubbles out. Smooth with the towel. That way you don't get glue all over your fingers and black sticky stuff from the glue all over the item you are working on.
